Administer employee benefits and guide workforce through open enrollment. Run payroll for clients. Write and implement policies and procedures following best current HR practices. Recruit qualified candidates to fill open positions for clients. Manage document processing and accurate records for new employee documentation, onboarding, orientation, transfers, promotions and separations. Organize and maintain employee files and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
