As a Technical Program Manager at Wimmer Solutions, I have over 15 years of experience in leading and managing medium to large complex technology programs and projects for Microsoft, utilizing both PMI and Agile project management methodologies. I am a certified Advanced Certified Scrum Master (ACSM) with a strong understanding of project planning, execution, and monitoring and control.My core competencies include enterprise management solutions, process improvement, data analytics, and Azure cloud services. I have successfully launched and maintained Microsoft Advanced Threat Protection and Office Advanced Threat Protection as part of the Office 365 suite for businesses, working closely with teams abroad and driving quality metrics for the overall program. I have also program managed the UX design of a CRM solution, integrating SQL server with Dynamics CRM and implementing a PowerBI solution.
