• Reporting to the Director of Technology, I provide technical services to for division personnel and promote the use of technology for administrative and educational applications.My responsibilities include:
• Working as a part of a team of two under the direction of the Network Administrator & Director of Technology as needed, and according to ability, to operate the Help Desk through the use of problem solving skills
• Maintaining inventory and maintenance records, as well as being responsible for the department’s supply chain operation for consumables such as toner, ink, projector bulbs, and for spare parts, etc.
• Completing software installations, repairs, network configurations for printers, computers, and copy machines
• Maintaining, repairing, and replacing all end-user software & hardware systems on campus including, but not limited to, interactive devices such as whiteboards and projectors, laptops, iPads, printers, scanners, and.
• Completing audio-video set-ups as requested on and off campus, some after hours

• Performing descriptive analyses to determine the root cause of an unwanted increase in wood waste

• Learning new programs in a short time frame to maximize my usage capability during the internship period
