• Designed, proposed, and implemented a successful recruitment strategy that accounted for the COVID-19 pandemic and resulted in 420 high-priority roles being filled while maintaining the FedEx Purple Promise for all locations• Spearheaded a recruitment initiative to fill nearly 400 roles for peak season, leading the team to accomplish its goals for daytime and night-shift recruitment, staffing, and training by the designated target date• Successfully met peak hiring demands for the reopening of Greensboro’s Night/Day Hub by hiring over 500+ employees between August 2020 and now• Mapped, organized, and executed mini hiring blitzes throughout the New England region to increase the pool of applicants and lower hiring cycle times for regional offices and hubs • Traveled across the country with the Blitz Team to coordinate and launch large-scale hiring events including event setup, preparation, staffing, and refining the candidate experience the day of and following events• Partnered with leaders of hiring initiatives and job fairs to define the marketing strategy and ensure the accessibility of recruitment materials

• Promoted to Senior Recruitment Speciality, HR Staffing Solutions after a year of service for a track record of high performance, leadership capabilities, and growth opportunities• Drove a decrease in hiring cycle windows for the location, maintaining an average of 40 days or less for hiring, onboarding, and transitioning new staff to teams

• Led a specialized unit responsible for assisting applicants throughout the application, verification, and hiring process and providing feedback internally on how to improve the application process• Trained groups of 100-125 staff members on a new, improved template for online job postings in an effort to increase the applicant pool and drive success to departmental and organizational goals• Partnered closely with leadership and executive-level Human Resource Advisors to screen applicants interested in rehire status and support the onboarding of 50-100 new employees on a weekly basis• Reviewed candidate applications to identify potential hires by cross-referencing their professional, volunteer, and extended experiences to the desired qualifications and skills of internal and external roles• Facilitated the authorization of new hires in accordance with company policies for technology and resource disbursement, security clearance, etc.

• Led compliance management by processing 300+ applications monthly the United States Postal Service (USPS) Clearance System and ensuring contract standards and regulations were met• Audited, documented, and reported error statistics for every location to upper management• Managed the distribution of employee tickets and collateral ahead of the Annual Southern Heritage Classic hosted at the Liberty Bowl Stadium
