SHAD Ontario Tech is a part of the SHAD program hosted at Ontario Tech University. It provides top high school students with immersive experiences in STEM, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Participants engage in hands-on projects, collaborate on real-world problems, and develop innovative solutions.

As a dedicated Sea Cadet (PO2), I developed a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and teamwork through a variety of hands-on experiences and structured training. This program honed my skills in navigation, seamanship, and public speaking, while also instilling a deep sense of responsibility and commitment to community service. From participating in ceremonial events to leading team activities, my time as a Sea Cadet has equipped me with the adaptability and resilience needed to succeed in diverse environments.
