Principal staff assistant to the battalion commander. Exercise staff supervisor in matters pertaining to strength management, personnel qualifications and evaluations, personnel assignment, clearance, recruiting, retention, and battalion administration. Responsible for the overall supervision of the battalion Personnel Administration Center (PAC) and its activities. Serves as commander of Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment. Additional duties included Anti-terrorism officer.

-Assists staff officers with day-to-day functions of the 6/52nd Tactical Aviation Battalion-Planned and coordinated Leadership and Development (LPD) for Key Leaders while conducting operations in Okinawa, Japan-Placed on Commanders List (Awarded to the top 10%) upon completion of Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation Cadet Leader Development Course.

-Planned and launched over 350 successful missions in support of moving distinguished visitors while deployed to Kuwait, Japan, and Iraq. -Responsible for over $10 million worth of military equipment to include: radios, firearms, personnel locator devices, vehicles, and encryption devices.

Responsible for providing effective audit and evaluation support regarding the Internal Evaluation Program (IEP), which ensures that all Ramp Operations, Cargo Operations, Fueling Operations, Passenger Service Programs, Flight Operations, and Maintenance and Inspection policies and procedures are conducted in accordance with Ravn Alaska manuals and the appropriate regulations. Prepared formal, evidence backed, written reports that addressed the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls for top level executives to have a clear picture of overall operations. Also authored several safety communications to include Bi-weekly Safety Bulletins, Monthly Station Safety Meetings, and weekly finding and corrective actions reminders to top level executives.Played a critical role in large cross-organizational audits to include an FAA Confirmation of Operational Readiness Audit to add B757 aircraft to Part 121 certificate, and an IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) to retain the company's standing on the IOSA registry.

-Assigned to private homes and offices to complete service calls requiring ingenuity and expertise to solve and a variety of problems.-Completed over 1,000 Alarm/CCTV project installations across California and Arizona meeting customer and employer stringent deadlines.
