Over the past 4 years of being a Pharmacy Lead and a Computer Science student I have accumulated a lot of skills in time management and dedication. I diligently coordinate my schedule to allow a balance of my personal growth and to maintain my personal life. I enjoy working on many projects, typically involving some form of coding; robotics, game development, cyber security and more recently working on a large C++ project to hone my C++ / cmake skills. I enjoy overcoming new and exciting challenges and I have used some of my computer science knowledge at my current job to help organize our pharmacy better. I used a Rescot ACCESS database to pull data about our inventory and wrote a VBA script to organize the inventory, generate inventory locations, and generate new labels for those locations.

  • Wrote several queries with Rescot basic ACCESS to pull data from our database to generate useful reports and tools for use within the pharmacy.• Reorganized our pharmacies bulk bottle section by pulling data with Rescot ACCESS and then created a tool to sort and generate new labels using VBA scripting.• Checked and maintained the stock within our automated ordering system and troubleshooted potential issues within our ordering system to ensure we are maintaining stock correctly.• Communicated with and managed employees in my team to ensure they understood their responsibilities and provided training when necessary.• Worked with several people within the pharmacy to coordinate and manage the inventory including communicating effectively between different departments where there may have been overlap.
