Beginning in the nightclub. I was the bartender in charge of the cocktail area from June until lockdown. Tasks included hosting private cocktail classes for hen parties among other private events. Setting up the bar for the night and heading down the town marketing for the nightclub.The nightclub was not going to be reopened so when lockdown was lifted I was invited to be a bartender in the new restaurant, Covey's Gastro Pub.• In Covey’s I was also in charge of stocking the bar and sometimes the wine store, which included checking what was needed bringing it up from the stock room and noting anything that needed to be ordered and informing Deliveries of those items.• Multiple times I have been the only bartender on dinner shift for the 37 table restaurant. During those shifts I would check stock and collect more if necessary, prep bar with fruit, cubed and crushed ice and prepare and serve cocktails, wines, pints, shorts, mixers, teas and barista-style coffees and also wash glasses and ensure waiters had water glasses and jugs to place on tables when needed.
