The project objective was to integrate and train new Soldiers in the US Army. Developed SOP and identified stakeholders prior to the training cycle to ensure training resources were coordinated. As a PM responsible for the development, training and mentoring of 70 people daily and training them as in various programs of instruction. Planning: developed scheduled and tracked all available members that attended the training events. Professionally developed and counseled team to ensure they were meeting the Army standards.
