Obtain all necessary documentation needed to file post foreclosure mortgage claims•Identify missing documentation and request from clients, attorneys, and/or property preservation companies•Prepare claims and or related documents and review for completeness•Use relevant information and individual judgment to review and file claims based upon all federal, state, client and company policies, procedures and regulations.•Accurately calculate amounts of claims•Balance claims to client systems•Follow up on claims that have been filed, to see if the claim has been paid •Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations•View reports daily to ensure processing is being conducted on a timely basis•Reconcile, note and report discrepancies found in documentation and claims•Make phone calls to clients and vendors for claim status

Receive, sort, file and ship collateral•Ensure the safekeeping of original loan collateral documents in fire proof file cabinets•Responsible for verifying all collateral documents are present, audit documents for original vs. copies•Review documents for accuracy prior to the purchase of the loans•Prepare collateral files for warehouse bank, by labeling folders and printing key documents from the EDMS System•Prepare and ships the original collateral to Iron Mountain•Timely processing of collateral exceptions •Maintain records of all loans shipped to Iron Mountain
