As an Account Manager I am responsible for a portfolio of clients, maximising the growth potential of the company through up selling and building a strong report with our customers. My particular job role consists of advising my customers with consistent investment opportunities, collectable pieces and completing tailored coin portfolios within our proud product range of numismatics and gold bullion.

Starting off as a tele sales canvasser generating leads daily cold calling over 200+ times a day, I worked my way up to the role of team leader within a couple of months. I achieved this role by proving myself with my highly competitive behaviour, being at my top performance every week with a consistent sales record, showing great leadership and communication skills. During my time at this company I feel i have gained huge experience in my objection handling skills and dealing with customer rejection. I ran a small 10 member team to achieve daily sales targets and lead generations set up by myself. As well as leading a team, I had to balance my time to achieve my own personal goals and targets set by management.

Promoting for one of the biggest clubs in Magaluf, by night my role was to ensure attendance and sales for the Club’s events and bar services. I was complimented on my outgoing and persuasive style which brought in a great number of guests consistently. I also hosted parties and ensured all my guests had a fabulous time. By day I would attend hotels, pool parties and beeches selling tickets to events at my night club. This would consist again of me selling myself to my potential customers, getting them involved and generating a dominant pitch to guarantee my targets attendance that night.

Working in an extremely busy environment under huge pressure at times as a waiter, bar man and barista. I Mastered many new skills such as communicating with a variety of different people, customer service skills, leadership and Learning to adapt and take control of any situation what ever it may be. I really gained my hunger for sales learning to sell myself to my customers to make the most out of my tips while maintaining complete control as the role of head waiter. Learning to also juggle full-time education throughout my time at this company gave me great experience with time management and meeting deadlines under pressure with a job that took up most of my spare time.
