Current-Working with clients to identify, recommend and implement network infrastructure and technology needs.-Working within budgets, and managing expectations while finding optimal solutions. - Plan and coordinate onsite client visits for server, workstations, networking equipment, printers installation- Resolve complex technical issues for customers remotely and on-site- Serve as final point of escalation for difficult or political issues with tight deadlines- Give analysis on improvements in efficiency, reliability, and security and engineer solutions/network design within budgetary restrictions and maintaining HIPAA compliance- Learned the detailed technical aspects of dozens of dental industry specific applications without formal training- Configure and maintain Windows Server environments running AD, DFS, RDS, and MS SQL roles- Set up and deploy routers for multi-office VPN, configure mobile SSL VPN, manage custom routing tables for VoIP systems- Regularly teach classes during MME training summits and write thorough, easy-to-follow documentation for company standards and complex technical solutions- Involved in the hiring process for filtering resumes, conducting phone/onsite interviews and evaluating hands-on tests
