Responsible for working jointly with the NetSuite direct sales and account management groups for their appropriate vertical to provide scoping, solutioning and estimation of the professional services effort required for new sales opportunities. Presenting and delivery of the final Statement of Work (SOW) for the professional services to implement the products sold. Work with the sales team during the initial discovery and demo process to ensure that the prospect’s requirements are fully understood and included in the implementation SOW.

Responsibilities included actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for products and services. Articulated technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. Identified all technical issues of assigned sales opportunities to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Established and maintain strong relationships with both external prospects and internal sales staff, throughout the sales cycle as a reliable, dependable and competent resource. Collaborated with sales, service, engineering, and technical support resources to ensure proposed sales opportunities include technical solutions that accurately addressed customer needs based on current product functionality and feature set.

Conducted on-site consulting and training engagements for new and existing users of Prophet 21 ERP throughout North America. Trained onsite at customers’ locations. Delivered all key components of the implementation cycle with the goal of taking my customer’s live on Prophet 21 ERP.

Assisted new owners get started and current ones get quick, efficient support. Developed strong, positive relationships with Apple and their customers. Quickly assessed customer situations and found ways to take care of customers with advice or a solution on the spot. Provided personal training for new customers, helping them acquire the basic skills they need to get started on photo, video, and music projects.
