Managing and assigning the duties to deliver a perfect event on production, av, catering, entertaining and other aspects.•The successful projects mainly include “Jaguar Land Rover China quarter regional dealer conference”, “Jaguar Land Rover China dealer panel meeting”, “Jaguar Land Rover China used car workshop” , “Opel New Zafira Regional Launch”, “Jaguar Land Rover China fleet activities” , “Happygo Children`s Day Road Show” etc.

• Searching for the right supplier resources that can meet the demands;. • Negotiating with the suppliers for a suitable price, that will reduce the company purchasing costs and ensure the quality of the service provided. •Onsite management , communicating with the suppliers and clients to make sure that the event goes smoothly;
