As the Director Of Operations at AseraCare, I oversee the daily operations and strategic planning of the hospice program that serves many within our area of service. With more than 13 years of experience between hospice administration, business development, and spiritual care, I bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to this challenging and rewarding role.My passion for hospice stems from my background as a hospice chaplain, where I witnessed the impact of a successful hospice journey. I am committed to educating the community and the healthcare system about the benefits of hospice, and to building genuine and trusting relationships with all stakeholders. I also have a strong interfaith and pastoral care expertise, which enables me to provide compassionate and culturally sensitive support to diverse populations. My goal is to make AseraCare the leading provider of hospice care in the region, and to ensure that every patient and family receives the best possible care and service.
