Facilitate long term projects that integrate materiel management systems to expand logistics technology, enhance equipment maintenance, and improve the quality of supply program administration effectiveness. Provide keen insight, sound recommendations, and fiduciary oversight in the divesture of the US Army Reserve’s property more than $164 billion, resulting in an asset sale execution rate of 132%. Travel nationwide to provide master-level expertise and personalized training to over 205 students on the application of Decision Support Tool (DST), thereby advancing personnel’s career occupational skill sets. Establish equipment resourcing solutions for over 350 mobilizing and contingency response forces by coordinating with federal agencies, contractors, field technicians, and original equipment manufacturers. Prepared and presented 32+ instructional training sessions on DST and Global Combat Service Support System- Army (GCSS-A) via video teleconferences, webinars, workshops, and regional training centers. As a primary Inspector and Auditor of logistics programs, ensured 20 organizations’ practice sound fiscal budgeting principles and complied with high standardized equipment accountability procedures. Proved instrumental in the management of equipment valued at $24.2 billion, resulted in over 1,300 business entities achieving or maintaining high standards of logistical materiel life-cycle management.

Provided divisional-level subject matter expertise in logistics to include supply commodity management, administration, property accountability, and equipment operational readiness for internal business partners. Managed, evaluated, and reported on internal audits of nine business enterprises’ Logistics Review and Commodity Management Programs to assist an executive-level staff in forming strategic business plans. Oversaw $22 million worth of funds sourcing for requisition allocations using GCSS-A and DST automation technology systems to track databases of redistribution, forecasting, and equipment disposition in real time.Planned, prepared, and analyzed operational data and reoccurring reports to determine the degree of conformity within established Department of Army supply accounting policies and procedures. Profound leadership along with support operations team members resulted in the graduation of over 12,000 students in 278 courses on using technology systems to manage operational and maintenance funds. Provided vital instruction and training to executive staff members in the cross-leveling and redistribution of excess major equipment inventories to other enterprises experiencing operational equipment shortfalls.

Directed, coordinated, supervised, trained, and synchronized the workload of the S4 Logistics Section staff members to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate completion of actions in support of organizational goals. Maintained flawless control, security, and accountability of real property assets worth millions of dollars dispersed across six other regional supply support distribution centers in eight states. Worked cohesively with property book officers and supply technicians to ensure real property accounting records were accurate, updated, and reflected monthly physical inventories conducted by personnel. Coordinated with higher headquarters to ensure timely logistical movement and accurate life-support requirements supported customers on global deployments, regional training, and humanitarian relief efforts. Validated all transportation request documents and General Fund Enterprise Business System contracts prior to personnel’s movement to over 25 annual training exercises, six mobilizations, and 57 firing ranges. Accounted for over $366 million worth of equipment of assigned equipment without error by meticulously scrutinizing inventory documents against property hand receipt holders’ records to ensure reconciliation. Established a strong rapport and networking relationship with six other organizations’ S4 Section leaders and 11 personnel creating a focused, team-oriented environment. Assisted 27 companies in completing 211 equipment lateral transfers which reduced costs associated with maintenance, upkeep, and warehousing of excess and/or obsolete items.
