Responsible for Integrating clients host EMR system into Experians Healthcare Revenue Cycle Solutions. I successfully achieve this by working closely with the client in all stages of Engineering by establishing connectivity, building products in scope, and validating EDI, HL7 and Batch messages.

In this role I implement BatchSource Coverage Discovery products through collaboration with clients, internal resources, and my own revenue cycle knowledge and technical experience. This all comes together to ensure the product meets the end goal, and the client realizes the solutions and value of the Experian product purchased. While Batchsource Coverage Discovery is currently in my wheelhouse at Experian I have experience with implementing it and other eCare Next products from my previous role as a Business Analyst. The scope of my product knowledge includes eCare Next Eligibility, Patient Estimates, Self-Service Patient Estimates, Coverage Discovery on Demand, Batchsource Coverage Discovery, Bad Plan Code Detection, and 270/271 integration into Meditech 6.0. I am new to this role, but I am not new to health revenue cycle systems, implementations, hurdles, and technical builds. Support Meditech 6x host system that includes Scheduling, Admissions, and Billing modules. Support multiple vendors to meet revenue cycle needs to include; eligibility, cost estimation, coverage discovery, medical necessity, faxed orders, electronic forms and signature capture. Support ADT and X12 270/271 processing. Analyze revenue cycle business needs for Admissions and Billing for proper vendor involvement. Provide direct and indirect support for claims processing, procedure charge dictionary, and various file processing applications. Adhere to established IT change management protocols. Manage projects by collaborating with Stakeholders, Technical IT teams, Subject Matter Experts, Superusers and team players for an effective project management experience. Lead and participate in various projects from large vendor roll outs, system upgrades, to server migrations and electronic form updates. Participate in short and long term cross functional teams established to identify solutions to standing issues. Provide troubleshooting support for vendor application support with Freeman technical teams. Review annual IT budgetary needs for areas supported. Troubleshoot and resolve daily incidents as they are opened. Ensure regulatory guidelines are supported by technology applications as needed.

Daily lead support, resource, and timekeeper for Admissions Auditors and Training Specialist teams. Process operation support for all aspects and areas of Admissions processes and revenue cycle practices. Responsible for overseeing daily training class scheduling and execution.Project management of new processes roll out and training needs assessment. System support for Processes Pertaining to Meditech, Experian, Access E-forms, Healthware, MHC, and other various applications. Support for application implementation and upgrades to meet regulatory guidelines. Maximized Admission processes for revenue cycle efficiency. Analyzed individual staff and department wide accuracy performance for key areas to ensure satisfactory performance in defined areas. Managed on boarding of new employees in all internal and vendor based supported systems.
