After completing an apprenticeship in Plumbing ,Gas fitting and Drainlaying with C F Reese only three years earlier I was charged with responsibility of managing the company, which at the time only had 3 FTEs. Lead the growth of the business to 18 FTEs through rebranding the company and implementing a new strategic direction.
