Coming originally from a plumbing contracting background we take a hands on practical approach when establishing the best solution and methodology to approach a project. This often involves taking levels on site and surveying any existing services and if need be negotiating with territorial authorities well before consent submission to ensure the best solution is achieved for our clients.
Our goal is to ensure that any projects we contribute to Flow smoothly though the consenting process and go out to tender without any grey areas. This enables contractors to price projects accurately ensuring that other than change of scope variations, unforeseen costs are avoided.
We can provide annotated mark-ups to PDF copy's of your plans for smaller jobs or full hydraulic design and tender packages in CAD drawing flies with specifications and scope of work documents for larger projects.
