Responsible for all maintenance and repair of cell tower backup power generation. Including ATS repairs and maintenance. Experienced in working on a wide field of generators manufactured from the 1980s to the latest models in 2024. Including manufactures: Kohler, Generac, Katolite, Detroit Diesel, Cummins, and others. Experienced in working with generators powered by Diesel, propane, and natural gas. Experienced in performing diagnostic work on all aspects of the power generation system including ATS manufactures Generac, Kohler, ASCO, Detroit Diesel, Cummins, and many others. As a lead/senior technician with Pearce Services, my responsibilities included: Helping management make timely on-call decisions, total disaster recovery quotes, parts orders, service truck part/equipment stock, training technicians, and responsible for helping other Field Generator Technicians as well as direct customer interaction. While being a Lead technician I was responsible for the State of Colorado south into New Mexico, East into Kansas, West into Utah . This job includes the responsibility to work in extreme weather and terrains. From snow packed mountain tops of Colorado to the severe thunderstorms of the eastern plains 24/7. Daily documentation of work performed is required while on site, this includes extensive photo documentation including all job times, dates, parts used, and inventory purchasing and billing. My documentation is used for presentation to Verizon and AT&T finance and management.
