All previous duties of commercial field technician plus support of the new security and surveillance products launched by Cox Business in 2016. I install and service IP cameras, servers and monitored alarm systems in businesses around northwest Arkansas. I maintain a license for commercial burglary and fire in the state of Arkansas.

I service, install, and support complex communication products for businesses around Northwest Arkansas. IP Centrex product is offered over HFC or fiber backbone. I configure, install and support Cisco switches, routers and phones, now offering Polycom IP phones as an option for customers. We install turnkey IP Centrex systems with a low up front cost and rent out all equipment. I install and support wired and wireless HFC internet connections up to 300Mbps, including metroE and Wholesale Ethernet. Advanced video products are offered. Digital video insertion allows a customer to inject their personal video content onto all TV's in a building. We install and support a set back box video product that allows a hotel or business owner to create a custom guide with info about the location. Cox Business offers a managed telephone service called Voice Manager for alarm systems, PBX systems, or other basic telephone systems. We also offer support of a customer's PRI phone system using a Cisco IAD.

I was honored to be a part of the landscaping aspect of the Dickson St rehabilitation project as well as the installation of green spaces at the new Fayetteville Public Library. I cared for plants inside both of the city run greenhouses and performed seasonal planting and maintenance of many local park areas.
