Recruited to launch an institution-wide initiative focused on the second-year student experience and retention (SYE Program). Managed multiple aspects of the SYE Program, including social and career-oriented events. Garnered attendance from over 50% of the class, with an annual attendance of over 2000 students. Collaborated with various campus partners to host events, advise strategic direction of program, and consult on opportunities for growth. Saw a 3x increase in interest in program between year one of program and year two.• Launched & coordinated a comprehensive institutional initiative that consisted of 25+ student events, cross-campus collaboration opportunities, a 30-person student cohort, and various other student support measures • Provided strategic direction, both short- and long-term, for the Second-Year Experience (SYE) Program to the university and campus constituents• Oversaw a $50K+ budget of institutional and donor-affiliated funds to designed to improve the student experience• Supervised undergraduate and graduate student interns, as well as advise student program assistants
