About Aaron Rutledge

I am an individual who believes in the power of education to change the trajectory of one's life and I have worked to align myself with opportunities that allow me to assist in making that a reality for many others. My higher education experiences have included overseeing various aspects of the student experience, social justice initiatives, and the creation of new affinity & retention programs. In 2018, I shifted into the higher education consulting and technology space in an effort to scale my student success and retention efforts. This shift expanded my experience with technology-enabled solutions to student success and had me managing a portfolio of 15+ institutions where I built strong relationships with executive-level administrators and drove impact/value around institutional priorities. As an experienced higher education and consulting professional with a demonstrated history in enhancing the student experience, student success, and providing value to clients and stakeholders, I personally get excited when I get to work on new initiatives and creatively problem solve with team of committed individuals. Being able to bring an idea into action, to then ultimately see results is what excites me and continues to drive my work today.
