Our department helped automate reporting for the company's clinical, labor, and financial systems. In addition, we built many tools to assist with streamlining processes across Plum's 52 locations (50 SNFs and 2 Corporate offices). My position also involved a significant amount of server administration to migrate operations to Plum's systems over from the old Horizon West systems after our acquisition by Plum.

Originally hired as a Senior Systems Administrator, I worked with our newly created IT department to migrate all IT operations in-house from the company's hosted provider. My role in the migration included the buildout of everything from the VMWare layer, to Exchange, to SQL servers, to the Terminal Servers. Eventually moved into the CTO role, overseeing a team of 4 technicians which supported 35 remote locations.
