Support for Hotel Industry 1st / 2nd line support - Clients using Windows XP / Windows 7 /Windows 8 and Windows 2012 Server. I use Citrix on a daily basis to assist our clients with any problems that they may have encountered and to resolve within our agreed SLA with this client.We liaise with the clients on a daily basis to inform them on the status of their incident that had been logged with the companies ticketing system which is VIVANTIO, from here we are able to manage tickets and other information so that we can ensure the best result to the client is possible. I use a Cloud based solution which we can assist users with any issues that they encounter using the system without disrupting their daily work routine, we can connect to their PC remotely so we ca gain a better understanding of what the client is seeing. We are currently assisting around 150 users on the cloud as well as assisting users that have in-house installs of the system. I have had experience using Remote Desktop service Manager which enables us to view / amend any users that are currently logged onto the system. I also have experience in using RemoteApp Manager which allows me to create any new clients access to their system and allows me to edit or remove any access to the system.We also provide a 24 hour 7 days a week service to our clients so that if they do encounter any issues during the evening there would always be someone available to assist them with any problems.
