Through these relationships, I was able to organize events of the highest caliber and to maintain and enhance the company’s stellar reputation. ✓Logistics: Skillfully guiding clients and teammates through conceiving, planning, and presenting large-scale live productions was essential. ✓Employee Training: I supervised and coached one Event Designer, assigning projects based on styles and talents and providing on-going evaluation and feedback.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀✓Grew Nashville operation to revenue of $8 million by early 2020. ✓Received 2020 Best Public Event award for Luke Bryan’s 32 Bridge Grand Opening event for which I managed all aspects of a free concert that closed Lower Broadway for 30,000 attendees.✓Conceptualized, pitched, and produced a major event for Amway Achievers that had 6,000 attendees and generated $4 million in revenue, making it the largest revenue-generating program in company history.
