At Action Fabricating I was brought on to facilitate the Engineering and Information Systems. Action Fabricating's systems and processes were in and ready to move up to the next level. I implemented new servers, VPN, and software upgrades. I was also involved with sales, working with the customers and also the floor production managers to achieve optimum results with minimal cost to the customer, while at the same time working on maintaining minimal parts rejection. I have worked as the Office Manager, I managed the ISO Dept, Accounting and Sales, Quality Control and Engineering. As a past manager of many departments, I strive on working with my departments and relying on my employees to work as a team to achieve our desired results as a company as a whole.

I returned to J-Mark to spearhead the Engineering Department and facilitate the design of new products for the OEM Automotive Industries. My responsibilities include managing projects from design to completion, managing staff and productivity to ensure deadlines are met, collaborate meetings with the GM and Diamler Chrysler, vendors and J-Mark. All design and development has to adhere to strict QS/ISO 9001 Standards. I am also in charge of the Marketing and Web Design, along with the maintenance of the computer system and all program updates and upgrades.

Van Sickle, Allen and Associates is a Structural and Civil engineering firm. I worked as a Project Manager in the Agricultural side. We designed and engineered feed mills and grain storage facilities for Cargill, Pioneer, Landmark Beer and other statewide projects and agricultural facilities. 3D Design was used to prototype facilities for customers. As CAD Manager, I was responsible for setting up and maintaining the CAD computers, CAD Standards and all related CAD work. As the IS Administrator, I updated VAA with a new networking system with NT 4.0

J-Mark's product line consists of running boards and accessories for the light truck market and a complete OEM line. As a Design Engineer, I design accessories for new vehicles. In order to accomplish this, I work with Engineers from the three biggest automotive manufactures: Ford, General Motors and Chrysler. Meeting strict standards and time lines is crucial. Responsibilities include Design Engineering, Engineering Change Notices, Print Releases, Updating the Design Department to meet ISO 9000 requirements, Proto-Typing and Testing.
