About Aaron Schmidt
To put it simply, I like learning. I enjoy learning about a wide array of things including the Mandarin Chinese language and the history of ancient civilizations like the Roman Empire. Among all the things I enjoy studying, one field that sticks out to me in particular is software development. In software development, engineers not only need to learn several different technologies, but also learn design philosophies and different methods to ensure a timely development process. Because the software industry is so vast, one could easily be a lifetime learner as a software engineer. This is why I chose to get my bachelors degree in computer science. Moving forward, I hope that I will be able to have a fulfilling career in software development where I can leave my impact on the world with the software I develop and become a lifelong learner.
