Safety was key component daily with observations and questioning the knowledge of the employee. Keeping a tight schedule daily but allowing for flexibility due late arrivals or mechanical issue that arose from time to time. Corrective actions daily that had to adhere union policy agreed upon company and union. I was a Hazmat specialist for the facility cleaning up slips and identifying potential hazards. I processed the damages daily and processed through UPS guidelines and stored in containers. A regular compliance check was nesscary to ensure that no waste was incomplete thru paperwork and visual inspection and thru 3rd party website so vendor knew every item when process was due. Daily meets at the end of the day looking for improvement opportunities and overall goals and scoring.
