Summer: 40 Hours/Week; Semester: ~25 Hours/Week, University Student Employee, IT Support Center Student WorkerSupervisor: Tom Leslie, (724) 357-4000 Provide networking/desktop support to users and perform University account maintenance tasks. Earned high expectations for teamwork, flexibility and work excellence in providing IT support to all University members. Handle technical troubleshooting, including system failures, infected machines, networking issues and data recovery. Track student, faculty and staff issues, with responsibilities for timely documentation, escalation (if appropriate), resolution, and closure of help tickets in online database, as well as providing over the phone customer service, working with student walk-ins and on-site visits to faculty/staff to provide troubleshooting assistance and resolve issues.
