Hi! I am an experienced IT engineer with over 10 years of experience engineering and applying solutions to customers in need. My experience is primarily in support of video conferencing, audio visual and Live Events, and more recently telephony. In my current role, I am part of a team that supports Microsoft Teams as the primary communication platform for our company. This includes video conferencing and conference room technology. We also support cross-site live events for corporate events. I also have experience supporting high level and highly visible events involving C-suite executives. I am also the technical lead for supporting our field sales staff. This includes supporting their conference rooms and technology, and planning and coordinating upgrades and moves. I have experience in project management and execution, while keeping up with my day to day duties. I have experience in End User Training & Support, Microsoft Teams Configuration, Crestron systems and System Monitoring & Troubleshooting.I am a hard-working person above all.
