I supervise a team of 15 people. I review cases, answer questions and assign tasks to workers to provide assistance to the residents of summit county. I review time cards and assist in the onboarding of new employees.

I trained all the new hires on how to be case workers. I reviewed all cases to ensure accuracy. I helped develop curriculum.

I interview clients who are applying for food, cash and Medicaid assistance. I provide information that is needed to determine eligibility
