Installed, upgraded, maintained, and repaired Windows based pharmacy automation equipment including robotics, computers, servers, and switches primarily in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area for DoD, DHA, and VA clients.Organized, directed, and led a team of field service technicians and installers on large, multi-day hardware and software migrations for major DoD, DHA, and VA hospitals to update them to the latest operating systems and make them compliant with DHA Med-COI requirements.Parsed dense log files to troubleshoot and identify on-going problems. Worked with other departments on tracking issues that affected a large number of customers. Helped resolve those issues over the course of weeks and months.Created manuals, guides, and process improvements to give peers and new hires more resources to draw from when troubleshooting unique client issues.

Organized a team of 50 members across four departments. Broke the team into focused sub-groups with team leaders. Defined team objectives and held the teams accountable for completion of those objectives with the ultimate goal of completing and delivering prescription orders to over 150 nursing homes in MD, DE, and VA on a daily basis. Facilitated the on-boarding of 12 new nursing homes over 6 months by hiring staff and expanding the automation department.
