I have learned over the years there is no I in running a company. It is the job of the CEO, my job to invigorate those that work for me with concrete direction and provide all of the training necessary for them to do their job at the highest level. I am responsible to find and hone the talent that takes care of our customers and fellow employees alike. Any failure in that responsibility can impact the fabric of the organization. I have to make things matter to my employees and develop a culture where these fine people want to wake up in the morning, come to work, and make a difference everyday. When things don't work out I have to question myself first before I look to the employee.
