I lead a team of IT professionals at the Department of Defense (DoD), where we manage and support the technical infrastructure for various government agencies. Our team ensures the security, availability, and performance of the network systems, devices, and applications that are critical for the national defense and security. With over five years of IT experience at the DoD, I have developed and demonstrated multiple skills and certifications in network administration and security, such as CCNA, Security+, and Azure. I have also earned an Associate of Arts degree in IT Project Management from Palm Beach State College. Some of my recent achievements include:Designing and implementing secure remote access infrastructure for a globally distributed workforce.Conducting remote security audits and providing detailed reports on vulnerabilities and recommended mitigation strategies.Leading remote incident response efforts, coordinating with clients to contain and eradicate security incidents.I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to solve complex problems and improve operational efficiency. My goal is to continue to grow as an IT leader and contribute to the mission and vision of the DoD.
