About Aaron Teitelbaum

I have been in the restaurant business since i was 15. Starting by working in healthcare kitchens and then moving to the front of the house with Catering St. Louis. I spent 7 years learning all about food and service there . After which i moved to New York to attend the Culinary institute of America. I took a short time and worked for Bobby Flay at Mesa Grill. After Graduating the Bachelors programs there i moved to the city to work for Daniel Boulud at Restaurant Daniel. After which i Moved back to St. Louis to own and operate Monarch Restaurant.Specialties: Front of the House Service and Management, Line Experience, all areas of the business end, building and operating a restaurant of any size.
