• Chosen to lead the squadron’s largest flight of 180 personnel with three diverse sections. Supported 94 aircraft, Combat Air Force’s largest F-15E flying hour program. Actions solidified the 2020 Flight of Year award.
• Established innovative Heavy Maintenance Team and fortified the Air Force’s Multi-Capable Airman vision; merged three Air Force Specialty Codes and cross-trained 21 personnel which reduced cost, scheduled maintenance.
• Selected above 200 peers for two Higher Headquarters’ inspections. Led 52 inspections within three major graded areas. Identified seven safety discrepancies and initiated corrective actions. Efforts lauded by Wing.

• Led 505 military and civilian personnel. Assigned maintenance priority for 72 test aircraft and enforced compliance with technical data along with safety and policy guidance. Achieved Meritorious Service Medal for.
• Delivered multi-national capes to accelerate hypersonic capabilities; modernized $84M stockpile to fortify 5K missions and 35 programs of interest

412th Equipment Maintenance Squadron, Edwards Air Force Base, California

• Drove production efforts of 505 personnel in support of 6 Aircraft Maintenance Units, 198 test programs, and 16 unique airframe types valued at $12B. Earned #3 of 83 stratification from Wing Commander and received.
• Furthered Department of Defense’s #1 acquisition program; completed 2K F-35 developmental test points through 682 sorties which culminated in the declaration of F-35A Initial Operational Capability. Received.
