Central Region

• Establishing and implementing projects for the Midwest region, including New Build, Colo and Small Cell / DAS• Assisting Regional Manager in pursuing new projects• Setting new core policies and procedures for each project and assigning a team to fulfill requirements of the project

• Responsible for building strategic teams throughout each market to implement and sell small cell technology to clients• Revitalizing financially failing projects to become profitable with situational and bottom top management techniques for both team members and clients• Innovating new financial policies and procedures to increase production and revenue for Buell Consulting. • Rebuilding both client and consulting financial tracking system to increase project production

• Building Project Plan for client and team to achieve above par results• Manage day-to-day project plan / operations related to a particular project • Coordinate accurate, up-to-date reporting of project status, scheduling, and planning for both client and 3rd party vendors• Oversee project financials, including managing billing and receivable process• Developing strong team members through consistent and accurate training methods

• Completion of site candidate identification packages and/or lease and zoning audits. • Coordinate site walks, A&E site design walks and other site/field visits with RF Engineering, Zoning, Construction Project Manager and A&E Departments as required.• Negotiation of Lease, Amendment, License, Right-of-Way and/or Easement Agreements with property owners. • Researching and obtaining information regarding all applicable planning, zoning codes, and regulations which would affect the development of a site. • Maintaining complete documentation related to all planning procedures, communications regarding the sites, and actions taken on each site assigned. • Organizing and conducting presentations for neighborhood meetings or public hearings as required by local jurisdictions or as requested by respective property owner(s). • Daily interaction with the RF Engineering and Construction personnel to ensure compliance with all client, landlord, jurisdictional, governmental and industry standards. • Accurate daily and weekly reporting to the Project Manager / Team Lead and/or client, as required. Project accurate lease dates and attend status meetings.
