Starting out as an account manager and product specialist my goal was to sell as many cars and hold as much gross as possible. I achieved top salesman every month since the first month, in gross and in cars sold. My record is selling 125 cars in 6 months all through the use of social media and a facebook page created to drive traffic and lead generation. @TheCupidofCars or The Car Cupid. I soon worked to create a new position at the company as Social Media Manager. My job then was to produce commercials for ad creation and drive traffic in an industry that had only been use to classic advertising.

My wife Jennifer Vaughn-Varney is the founder of the company. After meeting, she saw my skills as in marketing and advertising. She hired me to expand her market and reach. We strategized to bring in more students, raise more money for our non-profit scholarship dance program, and volunteer for more non-profit events that benefit the community of Hot Springs, AR.

As an Account Executive and Sales Rep, my goal was managing the accounts of 1500+ past clients, working clients and potential clients in the automotive industry. I was always among the top 5 salesmen out of 75+ salesman that worked at the dealership. Averaging 20 cars a month and holding gross was why I was recognized by the Chevrolet Conference in May of 2017 at the Fontana, CA.

I was originally hired as a seasonal employee. After three short months I became a Manager because of my sales goals and becoming Employee of the Period consecutively. Our store went from one of the worst in the district to being among the top 25th percentile during my time there. As a team we did this by raising UPT, CPT and identifying KPIs.

My father owned an automotive shop in which I was employed. My father not knowing much about marketing employed me to aid him in gaining more clients and helping him in the shop when extra hands were needed. My father's shop strived with the use of digital media and classic advertisement.

Started as a Stockroom assistant, worked my way toward the sales floor and then became the main Stockroom manager within my time at AEO.
