With a background in hospitality I have strong skills in customer service and communication. Having completed my degree in Hospitality and Hotel Management, I then became Restaurant Manager of the Blue River Cafe part of the Thames Riviera Hotel in Maidenhead and during that period helped to build this to the busiest restaurant in Maidenhead. I was then promoted to Assistant Hotel Manager overseeing the hotel and, however still with a predominant focus on the bar and restaurant. I was then approached to work with Molly Maid UK Limited, as a Business Advisor supporting the development and growth of franchises across the organisation. My strength in communication and business management allowed me to develop, reaching Assistant Director of Franchise Support. This role allowed me to continue using my skills to support and develop existing franchises whilst also allowing me to continue to further my management skills. I was then given the opportunity to become Director of Franchise Support and take a more senior role in the management of the team and how we operated as well as becoming a part of Molly Maid's senior management team. Over the last couple of years I have been involved in Franchise Development, which essentially is finding great partners to launch Molly Maid Franchises in available areas around the UK. In the last three and a half years I have successfully launched twelve new businesses
