Operations Specialist
CurrentPromoted to supporting role for all facets of collections, underwriting, customer service and funding departments, with an ability to fill various roles as business needs dictate. Approximately 75% of time spent in underwriting, with balance of time during non-peak seasons spent in collections and customer service. Appointed as team leader to oversee new hire training and retention in underwriting capacity. Extensive travel to dealer events around the country to support on-site sales and financing functions and to strengthen corporate/dealer relationships.
