About Aaron Bethune
My story begins on one of the world's highest mountains. I was 19 and had an experience that was pivotal in my understanding of the fragility of life and the incredible opportunity we have to make an impact while we are here. By chance, I was able to save another man's life. If you had told me growing up that I’d end up publishing books, coaching leaders, and speaking to audiences around the world, I might’ve laughed. But here’s the thing about life—it’s full of unexpected turns. My journey has taken me from the music industry to publishing, from chasing mountaintops to realizing the real summit is within.Along the way, I’ve learned this: Success isn’t about chasing something out there. It’s about uncovering what’s already inside of you. And sometimes, you need someone to help you see it.Music has been my deep love, and music's impact on our feelings, emotions, and actions fascinates me. I have spoken about music worldwide and written a book on the business of music which is used in Universities today. My passion and curiosity led me to integrate an approach through music to creating exclusive experiences, developing brands, and building audiences outside the music industry, working with government agencies, sports organizations, celebrities, companies, and not-for-profits. Along the way, I developed the Music & Culture Ambassador role for the State of Mississippi and led unique projects, such as creating a strategy with the Gwitchin First Nations to help protect the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. Through my work, I’ve encountered entertainers, entrepreneurs, and high-powered leaders grappling with imposter syndrome and the struggle to find meaning in their success. Fiscal decisions often overshadow the passion that first sparked their journey, and the immense pressure to maintain success can lead to burnout or creative block. The result? Unhappy, yet successful people.But I believe that true transformation starts from within. Our experience of life is shaped by our thoughts, and understanding this internal process is the key to external results. My role is to help uncover and develop the core stories of individuals and organizations, aligning them with their purpose, and using them as a foundation for sustainable success and happiness.I’m here to help you find clarity, connect with your authentic story, and transform how you communicate your purpose—because a well-told story doesn’t just connect; it creates change.
