Self-Help Connection (SHC) is a registered charitable organization that promotes and supports emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness through self-help education, training, resources, and connections with others. Our mission is to promote positive mental health and wellbeing, free from addiction, and foster a culture of self-improvement by promoting the values of SHAPE (Sharing, Holistic Health, Accountability, Peer Support, and Education).
