► Oversee the firm’s marketing technology stack, including CRM (InterAction), email marketing platform (Vuture), website CMS, blog platform, analytics services (Google Analytics, SiteImprove)► Collaborate with content and creative teams to design and implement technology solutions for campaigns, including strategies for measurement and reporting► Serve as CRM “superadmin," including oversight of updates, enhancements, and overall use across the Firm► Provide reporting and analytics using data from multiple information stores to stakeholders in business development, intelligence and practice development► Serve as firm’s marketing data steward, ensuring data integrity, freshness and availability► Implement and oversee integrations and data aggregation/sharing among marketing technology solutions► Use data to make tactical recommendations on marketing strategies and technology stack mix► Tracking and implementation of best practices for social media engagement (LinkedIn and Twitter)► Provide support for client and business development events and seminars► Other duties and projects as assigned.

Providing gameday assistance to the all-time funniest, friendliest, fuzziest, funkiest bear in the history of the NFL - Staley da Bear!► Handle execution of all Staley elements on gameday, including pregame activities, in-game seat visits, video spots, on-field promotions/skits/antics, while providing photographic support for use on social media ► Handle communication of Staley's thoughts and feelings to diverse group of fans when necessary ► Prepare/construct all props/costumes/equipment/signage for each home game ► Provide additional gameday support as directed by the Manager of Events & Entertainment

► Maintain Firm's external website and various intranet sites ► Oversee day-to-day content management and operations including SEO and web analytics ► Act as technology project manager and liaison with IT, Marketing and attorneys on development and implementation of new web platforms including blogs ► Serve as CRM administrator ► Coordinate production and distribution of Firm and Practice Group mailings and e-communications ► Support Firm photography and multimedia efforts ► Promote the Firm's brand via social media platforms and provide training on same as needed ► Maintain inventory of Marketing giveaways
