- Four years in the United States Marine Corps Administration field, expertise in staff development, leadership, data entry, customer service, correspondence writing, and working well under high pressure situations with very limited resources. Provided supervision and administrative help for over 3500 Marines and Spouses above and beyond regular tasks. Deployed with a unit of 3,000 Marines to rural areas of the world in an administrative support capacity. Used such marketing techniques as social media marketing, shooting video commercials (including green screen) & marketing (i.e. building newsletters and sending out e-mail blasts, graphic design for events, demographic targeting for clients and monitoring ROI consistently). Also ran the Search Engine Optimization/Marketing section to maintain consistent growth in the flow of traffic, and customer retention.-Human Resources in charge of the Quality of Life for Marines based at Camp Pendleton California (30,000 Marines and Sailors). Often inspecting living conditions, coordinating community service work, visiting local retirement homes, Special Olympic Officiating, as well as planning and coordinating large events involving ten-thousand dollars or more, keeping accountability of funds, personnel and, travel arrangements and making sure the events and problems were address and ran smoothly.
