Focused on acquisitions and asset management of core real estate on behalf of private equity capital in Asia. Closed 7 deals comprising of 2 offices, 1 industrial JV portfolio, 4 industrial/ logistics properties across SG/KR/AU totalling ~ $2b in GAV. In addition, responsible for ongoing asset management and performance of these assets post acquisition.

Work with investment team on the acquisition of direct real estate across various property types in the Asia Pacific region (Australia, Singapore, Korea). Involved in entire acquisition process from financial underwriting, preparation of investment committee memos, due diligence, review of legal/ financing documents, and coordination of closing process. Other job scopes involve deal origination and asset management.
