Current• Tracks, prioritizes, and delegates tasks to Facilities associates and vendors, ensuring completion in atimely fashion (including building inspections, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, custodial, landscape, waste management, security etc.)• Coordinates with staff for ministry events and special events (e.g. weddings, rentals)• Implements, monitors, and follows policies and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and provide efficient use of labor and… Show more • Tracks, prioritizes, and delegates tasks to Facilities associates and vendors, ensuring completion in atimely fashion (including building inspections, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, custodial, landscape, waste management, security etc.)• Coordinates with staff for ministry events and special events (e.g. weddings, rentals)• Implements, monitors, and follows policies and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and provide efficient use of labor and materials• Manages vendor relationships, including bid requests, selection, contract negotiation, and renewals• Proposes, implements, and monitors the annual Facilities and Security budgets• Identifies problems, solutions and analyze cost benefits associated with projects and major repairs• Serves as primary contact for facility related emergencies, which may require off/after hour responsibilities• Develops and manages a volunteer facilities team, including capabilities and schedules to support both the church and its members• Acts as point of care for the facilities team staff and volunteers• Leads major construction projects including remodels, additions, and retrofits including architectural, contractor, and permit oversight• Helps in the acquisition of new properties as needed including property searches, inspections, and inventories• Is a part of the planning process for all church conferences, special events and coordinating with the events teams Show less
