A development role building the various Hostelbookers websites and services, primarily using ColdFusion and jQuery. I joined the company as a Senior Developer and in time was promoted to a Lead Developer position, giving me the scope to lead teams and sprints (cross-technology), be more involved with decision making and planning, problem solving and engaging the other members of the ColdFusion team.
