I lead by creating clarity where there is little to none—making a positive impact on the execution of the creative.My process is: messaging and copywriting drive the concept and inform the design—then quickly iterating stunning graphics with beautiful typography to make the message resonate is how I get to finished work. My teams and I operate best under pressure, and I’m right there with them getting my hands dirty and seeing things through to the end.My work has been to inspire and engage audiences in new ways that influence their behavior. Most recently, I have been concepting, developing and launching full-scale integrated multi-platform campaigns for brands that outperform themselves month after month. I follow the daily sales figures closely to keep tabs on how our emotionally-driven creative is performing—making sure we are compelling customers to action.One of my unofficial roles has been to reinforce my department’s creative culture.
