Assist in the application, management and coordination of incoming organizational grants that aim to insure households across Southeast Michigan are stable, children are thriving and our communities are equitable.

- Liaison between UWSEM and area partners, non-profit agencies and human & social service providers listed within the 2-1-1 database- Conduct daily data pulls on community needs and referrals provided- Assist leading staff development and team direction- Manage resources within the 2-1-1 Call Center database, making sure agencies profiles are accurate and new resources are consistently added - Assist with other special projects like disaster preparedness & response

- Directed aided EVP & COO in management of Club operations - Fielded inquires for both financial and in-kind donations, potential volunteers and community families in need of assistance - Drafted monthly operations reports, created operations tracking forms and provided general operations support to all departments

- Aided in store management, responsible for keeping track of inventory and proper daily financial reporting- Provided sophisticated customer service to match the store's atmosphere and companies 130+ year history

- Managed and organized a field plan that resulted in over 19,000 doors being knocked and an additional 5,000 voters being reached over the phone- Created a media strategy, writing op-ed's for local news media, putting out news releases and managing campaign social media- Planned, and recruited attendees, for fundraising events across two counties

- Aided the Director of the School and other senior leadership on a daily basis in their management of the School- Assisted professor's research and results tabulation, along with day-to-day classroom needs- Coordinated prospective student visits - Created flyers for special events, special lectures and study abroad opportunities
