During my career I have: • Defined and led the global marketing strategy for Adobe's Consumer Photography products sold via the Retail, eTail, OEM and Affiliate channels. • Created and sold a chain of new and used video game stores. • Personally generated annual revenue in excess of $300M and managed an annual co-op marketing budget in excess of $10M as a National Account Manager for Microsoft. • Assisted in the launch of hundreds of Software, Hardware and SaaS Subscription products at both Microsoft and Adobe with a deep knowledge of Physical, POSA, and Digital delivery models• Directly managed a variety of Retail, eCommerce and Reseller partners including: Walmart, Sam's Club, GameStop, MicroCenter, Rakuten, Nebraska Furniture Mart, AAFES, Navy Exchange, Marine Corps Exchange, CDW, Dell, Insight, PC Connection, PC Mall, and SHI.• Worked closely with a variety of global sales partners including; Amazon, Costco, Target, BestBuy, Staples, Office Max, B&H Camera, Yamada, Yodobashi, FNAC, Media Markt, Currys PC World, Harvey Norman, Office Works, Dixon’s, Canon, HP, Dell, Leica,and many more• Led Microsoft's Retail Operations team for the launch of the original Xbox in North America. • Helped define and execute the pre-owned video game strategy for Electronics Boutique, a former national chain of mall based video game stores, that delivered over $1B in annual retail sales. • I excel at building high performance teams, internal cross-team collaboration, pricing and packaging strategies, process improvement and contract negotiations.
